Cruise departs at 6.00pm sharp and returns at 8.00pm from Giles St Jetty near the Dock in Kingston.
Sit back and relax while the team from the Canberra Distillery take you on a journey and tell you about the history of their distillery and then walk you through each Gin, explaining the distilling process and how each one is made. Experience the different tastes as you add ice and a garnish to each drink.
You will sample six different Gins and learn how to build the perfect G&T.- Dry Gin (classic London dry Style)- Blood Orange and Gin (Subtle blood orange flavour with classic Gin botanicals)- Summer Gin (full of local fruits and native botanicals)- Winter Gin (Gin liqueur with Basil extract)- French Earl Grey Gin (Floral, colour-changing Gin)- Sloe Gin (Gin liqueur with a tart and sweet taste made from Sloe berries)The Canberra Distillery will bring a few of their other products for you to sample – and perhaps take home with you- as you enjoy your favourite G&T on the lake.
