Join us aboard Cygnet for a sunrise, skippered cruise departing from Kingston Foreshore at 6:30am, perfectly timed to watch the balloons lift into the crisp Canberra morning sky as daylight spreads across the lake.
With open views and a low-profile design, Cygnet offers unobstructed sightlines across Lake Burley Griffin, placing you right in the heart of the action while maintaining a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.
This experience is $85 per person and limited to 10 guests, making it ideal for couples, small groups, or individuals wanting to enjoy a shared but premium on-water experience.
Our quiet, eco-friendly vessel glides smoothly across the water, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the calm of the early morning, no engine noise, no fumes, just fresh air and spectacular views.

The cruise runs for approximately 2.5 hours, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the Balloon Spectacular before continuing a gentle cruise around Lake Burley Griffin once the balloons have floated away.
No boating experience required, This is a fully skippered cruise.
Please arrive by 6:15am for boarding and a brief welcome prior to departure.
Cancellations must be received before 1 week before the cruise to be refunded and includes an administration fee of $20.
