About Us

Canberra Cruises and Parties is located on Lake Burley Griffin in Canberra. We have been operating since 2020 and have strived to provide our guests with an experience of a lifetime since day one. Our mission has always been to welcome people onboard as friends of our own and provide a boat cruise experience that will never be forgotten.

Clint Rees and Charmaine Rees

Clint and Charmaine saw the Maid Marion boat in 2020 and immediately had a vision of a great and fun opportunity to run their own cruise business. Charmaine has a vast background in event management and marketing, and with Clint’s experience as a mechanic – it was a no-brainer for the couple.

It wasn’t the best time to start during COVID with multiple lockdowns and hurdles, but the couple pushed through and survived the rough times and have now done over 400 cruises and had 11,000 happy guests.

Clint and Charmaine love to see people have a great time on the Maid Marion and will ensure that you will be extremely well looked after during your lake cruise party, function or event.
